MENU

Amuse Bouche

Belgian endive spoon with truffle scented white bean pure, heirloom cherry tomato confit with a 10 year aged balsamic and opal basil chiffonade.

Soup

Roasted red pepper and fennel bisque, with roasted garlic and a meyer lemon cashew cream.

Salad

Heirloom tomato, white carrot, and grilled melon salad with italian plum tomato sorbet.

Entree

Saffron hued ravioli, stuffed with wild mushrooms and pistachio, served with flame broiled radicchio, toasted pine nuts, capers and a white truffle vinagrette made with 10 year aged balsamic and figs.

OR

Soul warming barbequed house made chickpea tempeh, on a sweet tomato and red quinoa salad,with braised scarlet turnips, celery and kale slaw, Kinpira style burdock and a chili-beet reduction.

Dessert

Gluewhein poached concord pear with vanilla-almond milk ice cream, cinnamon croutons, and a 67% dark chocolate soup.

OR

Chocolate red-velvet cake with Feullie de Bric “cinnamon stick”, drunken raspberries and a chocolate chantilly mousse.
